We hand make each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labelling and shipping. With quality and more attention to detail, our items take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Our items are made to order so they are fresh.

 

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. 

Please be mindful that our products are handmade in small batches and may take up to 2-3 business days for processing. 

 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and should arrive within an additional 3-5 business days (after processing). Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude national holidays. We will send you an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

ORDER ISSUE & RETURN POLICY

Please keep in mind that Simpleteez products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color, Body butter or scent for example).

Damages: Our products are fragile and can be damaged during transit. Please send us an email at Simpleteez@hotmail.com with photos of broken item. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery.
